Vanessa looked after my Dolly girl so well, she is a sensitive girl as has had both eyes removed so needs a calm environment. she was so relaxed I think she wanted to stay!!! She smells and feels beautiful and has helped massively with her moulting. I also bought some lovely home baked treats from Vanessa and they have gone down a treat!

Our 7 month old cocker spaniel had her first professional groom today - really to have her nails clipped, but she also had the full spa treatment! Trim, wash and blow dry. She looks and smells delightful. Vanessa was lovely - very professional and completely calm with a rather excited puppy. Felt confident leaving our pup in her hands. Would absolutely recommend and will use again.

This was the 4th groomer that I have taken my cockapoo Pixhi too. He’s a sensitive little chap and I hadn’t been 100% happy with previous groomers.
What a difference at Kimbers!
Vanessa listened to and understood my requirements for Pixhi and his well-being. She also clearly understands the psychology of the mixed breed/anxious dog.
When I collected him, I could see that Pixhi felt completely safe and comfortable with Vanessa. I was also very much reassured by the advice I was given with regards to maintaining Pixhi in the interim period.

We went to Kimbers today for our first puppy grooming. At just shy of 16 weeks we couldnt be more pleased! He has been completely tidied up, smells so fresh and is totally relaxed an himself when we picked him up. Always unsettling leaving a puppy for first time with someone you don't know for the first time, but I felt completely at ease and our Ralphy loved her! We have found our groomer for our pup!!

We now have three beautiful smelling doggies all fast asleep after a busy morning being pampered. I like the fact that she doesn’t use cages and that there are no other dogs around.

Having tried a few different groomers over the last few years for my 3 dogs. I highly recommend Kimbers, my dogs come back smelling and looking gorgeous, they aren’t stressed like they have been before as they are groomed one dog at a time which I really appreciate!! very reasonably priced

Vanessa is very professional, kind and obviously genuinely cares about dogs. I took my dog for a groom and teeth clean. I would definitely recommend the teeth cleaning treatment. The change is radical and the price is affordable. I didn't like the idea of putting my dog under general anaesthetic just to clean his teeth (this is what vets do), but at Kimbers he has had his teeth cleaned awake and painlessly. Looking forward to him finally not having stinky breath haha :)
Lola had her first grooming experience with Vanessa today. (Lola is 11) so not new to grooming and doesn’t normally enjoy it but Vanessa made it a good experience for her and I am very pleased with her new hairdo. Thanks Vanessa will definitely recommend kimbers dog grooming.

Today I sent my very nervous dog for her first professional groom. Firstly what appealed to me was the fact that Vanessa has her own professional grooming room with one to one attention with my dog. No cages, no other dogs and no waiting. Vanessa gave me forms to fill out which discussed any medical conditions or behaviour issues my dog had and loads of other important questions regarding my dog. I felt like Vanessa honestly cared for my dogs well being and in making my dog feel comfortable and safe. She even messaged me half way through to update me that she was doing well and she was half way through. She came out happy, she looked amazing, smelt even better and overall I'm more than happy to keep sending my dog to someone I can trust in the future. I would highly recommend Kimbers Dog Groomimg!!
My Puppy Ruby went to Kimbers today for the first time and despite Ruby weeing all over Vanessa when we arrived she was so lovely with her. Took my Dogue De Bordeaux for his first ever professional groom today at Kimbers. I was a little worried dropping him off as his a big baby, and being his first time I didn’t know how he would react. Kingsley was instantly put at ease on arrival and went off happily! An hour later he come out tail wagging, looking fresh and smelling amazing! His gone straight to sleep so safe to say he loved his pamper session, thank you so much!!

We were very impressed with Vanessa our new groomer. She established a good relationship with our dog which is so important and asked us how we would like our dog cut. We filled in a health and behaviour form. The cost was reasonable.
I took Marlowe in for teeth clean and a a bath, brush and blow dry. I was so so impressed with the services provided! I have always taken Marlowe to the groomers since he was a pup and I have been to a few different ones as I felt no one really managed to leave Marlowe clean and dry as he is such a large dog with a double coat...except Vanessa. He smelt amazing, was completely dry and his teeth were noticeably cleaner despite it being the first teeth cleaning session. We shall certainly be back again!

Our dog had been recommended to have a procedure at the vets under aesthetic to have his teeth cleaned. Then I found Kimbers and thought it was worth a shot as it was a much less invasive procedure and better value.
Vanessa instantly put Chip at ease and I couldn’t believe what a difference one session made - his teeth are looking 100% better and the procedure at the vets is no longer necessary which is a relief for us.

Marley always looks amazing after his cut, no clipper lines and he smells divine. She also checks for ticks which can be easily missed in a longer coated dog and cuts his toe nails if you ask. Marley gets lots of lovely comments from people when he goes out for walks sporting his new haircut. Marley got a treat bag and a little bow on his collar. I love all these finishes touches that she does, she really does care about her work and Marley. I cannot recommend Vanessa enough for anyone who needs their dog grooming.
Our dog Casper has always struggled with getting his hair cut, it was always traumatic. Vanessa explained that he would be more well behaved if we wasn’t there and left her to it. She was right! She does an incredible job, he has never looked so well groomed. He always comes away really happy with the experience.
